Extremely easy to work with. They handled everything with my insurance company regarding the paperwork on the windshield replacement on my SUV. Their communication was good regarding telling me when they were coming to my home and the technician called to tell me he was on his way. Installation was excellent. I would use them again if needed. Highly recommend them.

GREAT service all around! Juan A was VERY helpful and accommodated me to get my windshield fixed in record time. He was very pleasant to chat with and very considerate. The Tech that assisted was also GREAT very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help and fast service. I was dreading the experience of having to change the windshield BUT the team at Dr Car Glass really made things easy. HIGHLY recommend. 10/10 !

They dont provide any appointments later, so I requested to take the afternoon off from work. I called my Insurance Agent to let her know and she advised that I call my Insurance company directly to file a claim or find out if one has already been opened. When I called the insurance agency, there had not been a claim opened. So I went ahead and opened one. During that call the technician called at 10:00 AM requesting to kno
